Hi, I'm Birgitte – the designer, maker, and yarn lover behind Scandinavian Yarnlings.

Scandinavian Yarnlings began with a simple dream: to create crochet patterns that are as enjoyable to make as they are to display. Inspired by cozy Nordic forests, sleepy animals, and a touch of everyday magic, every design is created to bring a little warmth to your crochet journey.

I design, crochet, and refine every pattern myself, with a special focus on clear instructions, thoughtful details, and beginner-friendly techniques whenever possible. Whether it's a quick no-sew project or a cozy companion to stitch over the weekend, my goal is to make every pattern fun, relaxing, and rewarding.
